We kindly request that you submit any student absence notice at least 24 hours before the clinic. 

Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance can either be rescheduled for a make-up session or credited towards the next season. Please note that no credits can be used during the summer. Cancellations made within 12 hours may be eligible for a make-up session with an excused absence but will not receive monetary credit. 

Congratulations on completing a challenge match! To ensure that the results are recorded accurately and for ranking purposes, the winning player will submit the match result. Look forward to seeing your continued progress and success in the future!
